Samsung has just dropped some hints about a new feature that it's going to unveil with its upcoming Galaxy S26 series.
This AI-powered feature will deliver a new camera experience to users, making it super easy for them to make edits and improvements to their images and videos using one single feature.
Samsung says it developed this feature to bring photo and video capturing, editing, and sharing into one “intuitive system.” This suggests that these changes may be integrated within the Camera app, as that's what one uses to capture images and videos, along with the Gallery app.
As for what this AI-powered feature will let users do, apparently they'll be able to do everything from turning a photo from day to night in seconds, restore missing parts of objects in images, capture better low light photos, and even merge multiple photos into one image.
Some of these tasks previously required the use of multiple apps and took considerable time. The changes that Samsung is introducing with the Galaxy S26 series will make it possible to get this done within minutes directly on the device itself.
At its core, this appears to be an indication that Samsung is bringing together the various image and video editing features that it offers into one place. It will then backed by the power of Galaxy AI to further enhance the camera experience.
That's all what the company has said about this feature so far. With the Galaxy S26 series set for unveiling on February 25, it doesn't need to say much anyway as the launch is just around the corner.
