After rolling out Android 15-based One UI 7.0 to high-end and mid-range smartphones, Samsung is now shifting its focus towards rolling out the update to entry-level devices. Yesterday, it released the new software to the Galaxy A05s, and now, the brand is offering it to the Galaxy M14.
At the moment, Galaxy M14’s Android 15-based One UI 7 update is available only for the 4G/LTE variant of the phone (SM-M145F), and not for the 5G version of the device (SM-M146B). Also, from what we could gather, Samsung is rolling it out only in India at the moment.
The latest update is 2.7GB in size and carries firmware version M145FXXU7DYE2. Along with One UI 7.0, it also offers the May 2025 security patch, which fixes the issues mentioned here. To get the update, go to Settings » Software update » Download and install.
One UI 7.0 offers many upgrades, from a redesigned UI to new features and performance improvements. You can check out the complete list of changes it offers here. While it gives the phone a fresh breath of life, unfortunately, this is the last major update for the phone.
We expect Samsung to release the update to the 5G version of the Galaxy M14 and in other regions in the next few days. To get notified when that happens, subscribe to our channel on Telegram or WhatsApp.
