Samsung has announced that it has been the biggest microwave oven brand in Europe for the past ten years. This data comes from a survey conducted in 19 European countries by a European research firm called Euromonitor. Samsung ranked first in the survey.

According to the data from Euromonitor's latest survey, Samsung ranked first in Europe's microwave oven market once again and had a market share of 12.8%. It achieved the first place for ten consecutive years from 2015 to 2024. The main reason behind the South Korean firm's success is that constantly introduces newer technologies and offers good performance and looks.

The company has been launching microwaves with differentiated technologies, such as 99.99% antibacterial coating on the inside, receiving good feedback from the consumers. Samsung also launched its Bespoke microwave oven lineup with seven color options and glass materials, allowing users to match their appliance with their personal tastes and interior design choices.

Last year, it also launched a Wi-Fi equipped microwave oven that can be controlled using the company's SmartThings app. You can see remaining cooking time via just voice commands through Bixby. It also features Samsung Food integration for recipe suggestions based on what groceries and food items you have stored in a compatible Family Hub+ refrigerator and your deitary choices.
