As this is an instant discount, you don't need to jump through any hoops to get the savings, and no trade-in is required. However, if you do have an old phone lying around that you wouldn't mind trading in, you can save an additional $200.

The sweetener here is that customers will also receive 50% savings on the 12-month Unlimited plan.
